database of phosphorylation in Rice Proteins

Welcome to dbRicePro

Protein phosphorylation is one of the most important post-translational modifications (PTMs) and regulates a broad spectrum of biological processes. Especially, phosphorylation is highly dynamic and dependent upon the temporal and spatial balance between kinases and phos-phatases in the cell.

The dbRicePro database provides the curated quantitative phosphoproteome datasets in rice to present the phosphorylation dynamics between different tissues. In total, 353,626 quantification events for 19,921 sites on 7,128 proteins in 13 tissues are collected and integrated in the database.
